Wavepad allows you to accomplish all sort of audio editing techniques, such as trimming sound bites, reducing vocals from a music track, create ringtones from your favourite music, and recording voice overs for projects. Wavepad lets you work with WAV or MP3 files, but also has support for other file formats including vox, gsm, wma, real audio, au, aif, flac, and ogg.

It feels like it's compression conversions are not as good as Adobe Auditions final compression options, But They are still good enough to allow you to master professionally mastered audio projects that you actually can't tell the difference between the top 2 or 3 anyway. Seriously, Video effects integrated with another program that deals with the sound aspect of your work project. Now Wave Pad and Video Pad can be everything you need to produce a picture with sound, Professionally. But My favorite thing about wave Pad is how it actually works better with its Video editing older brother Video Pad. The speed at which you can load up and cut then convert sound or multiple sounds simultaneously. Reliability is this programs top selling point. Comments: I'm a happy Wave Pad User and it does a whole lot more than I even use it for so its one of my main backup programs I use all the time and it never lets me down.
